Switch between thread view and list view (Webmail)

Thread View

Instead of sorting messages by their date or subject, email conversations spawning multiple messages can be grouped together as “Threads.” When you’re in thread mode, groups of messages can be collapsed or expanded using the arrow icons in the leftmost column of the message list. The screenshot below is a good example. 

 

List View

List view is a way of sorting messages by date or subject. In this view, messages are not grouped together by thread. The screenshot below is an example of List view (sorted by date).

 

Switching Views in Paubox Email

Switching between Thread View and List View in Paubox is easy. To switch to Thread view, click this icon:

To switch to List view, simply click this icon:

Of course, either view you choose will still provide you with the peace of mind of having HIPAA compliant email.
