Paubox Webmail: How do I add a new folder?

  1. Login to your Paubox email account.
  2. Click on Settings at the top right.
  3. Click on Folder in the side bar.
  4. Click on the symbol at the bottom of the page and fill out the Folder Properties. Then click Save.
  5. Return to your Paubox email home page by clicking on Paubox in the top left hand corner. 
  6. Click on the email you would like to move and drag it into the appropriate folder in the left side bar.
  7. If you would like to move multiple emails at once, hold down Control (or Command for Macs) and left click on the emails you would like to move. Then drag them all into the folder.
