If you are having trouble sending out emails on your iPhone through your Paubox hosted email accounts, follow the instructions below.
First visit this link to make sure that your Paubox hosted email account is setup properly on your iPhone, iPad, or iTouch.
If you followed the instructions above correctly and still can't send out emails, follow the steps below.
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Mail
- Tap on the Paubox email account
- Tap on Account
- Scroll down and tap on SMTP
- Tap on Primary Server
- Turn off Server (swipe it to the left). Swipe the Use SSL to the left as well. Then delete all the information (Host Name, Username, and Password). Then re-enter all the information (Host Name, Username, and Password) and swipe SSL and Server back on (Swipe right to green). Then tap on Done.
