Paubox Webmail: Why are emails from my iPhone not sending?

If you are having trouble sending out emails on your iPhone through your Paubox Webmail email accounts, follow the instructions below.

Make sure that your Paubox Webmail email account is setup properly on your iPhone, iPad, or iTouch.

If you followed the instructions above correctly and still can't send out emails, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Mail.
  3. Tap on the Paubox email account.
  4. Tap on Account.
  5. Scroll down and tap on SMTP.
  6. Tap on Primary Server.
  7. Turn off Server (swipe it to the left). Swipe the Use SSL to the left as well. Then delete all the information (Host Name, Username, and Password). Then re-enter all the information (Host Name, Username, and Password) and swipe SSL and Server back on (Swipe right to green). Then tap on Done.
