Paubox Webmail: How do I create email templates?

*This article only applies to customers who have their emails hosted by Paubox and the webmail interface*

Paubox's HIPAA compliant email has a lot of benefits. One of them is using responses to create pre-fabricated messages that you can use to respond to your recipients more efficiently. This article will show you how to create a template and how to use it.

A great example of using a response is when a healthcare provider needs to send patients a reminder of their appointments. 

How to create a response

  1. Login to your Paubox webmail interface.
  2. Click on Settings in the top right hand corner.
  3. Click on Responses.
  4. Click on the symbol at the bottom of the Responses column.
  5. Give your response a Name, then in the Response Text field, fill out your response.
  6. Click Save.

How to use a response when you compose an email

  1. Login into your Paubox webmail interface.
  2. Click on Compose.
  3. Click on Responses at the top of the menu bar and select the appropriate response you want to select.
  4. Compose and send your email.

How to delete a response

  1. Login to your Paubox webmail interface.
  2. Click on Settings in the top right hand corner.
  3. Click on Responses.
  4. Select the responses you want to delete and click on the trash can symbol to delete the response.
