Configure Paubox mail with Microsoft Outlook 2011 (Mac OS)

We know you’re excited to get your HIPAA compliant email set up on in Outlook 2011 for Mac OS. Using this guide, you should be able to have your email working in Outlook 2011 Mac OS in about 5 minutes.

To Set up Paubox Encrypted Email on Outlook 2011

1. Open the Tools menu and choose Accounts

3. Click Other Email

5. Enter your full E-mail address and Password

7. Depending on whether you setup your account as IMAP or POP. Enter the following information.
   
   • Username: Your full Paubox email address
   • Type: IMAP or POP
   • Incoming Server: m.paubox.com
     • For POP accounts: Select Override default port and Use SSL to connect (recommended). Use Port 995.
     • For IMAP accounts: Select Override default port and Use SSL to connect (recommended). Use Port 993.
   • Outgoing Server: m.paubox.com
     • For POP accounts: Select Override default port and Use SSL to connect (recommended). Use Port 587.
     • For IMAP accounts: Select Override default port and Use SSL to connect (recommended). Use Port 587.

8. Click Add Account. 
9. Once you successfully added your account. Click on More Options underneath the Outgoing Server section.

11. Then on the next screen under Authentication, select User Name and Password. Then enter in your full Paubox email address in User Name, and your email password in the Password field.

13. Click OK and you're done!
