Request a read receipt to be notified when the recipient of your email has opened the email. Recipients may decline to send the read receipt and in some cases, the email host of the recipient may not support read receipts.
Request a read receipt on all sent emails
- Login to your Paubox email account
- Click on Settings
- Make sure Preferences is selected in the left column, then click on Composing Messages
- Check the box next to Always request a return receipt
- Click the Save button
Request a read receipt on a single email
- Login to your Paubox email account
- Click on the Compose icon in the left corner
- To the left of the To and From fields, there is a slim gray section with a drop down arrow. Click on the arrow to view more options.
- Check the box next to Return receipt
- Compose your message normally and click the send button. If the recipient chooses to, they will be able to send you a notification that they have opened your email.
