June 2023: Advanced search filtering for marketing contacts

We've enhanced contact search capabilities so you can pull a refined list of contacts and quickly create lists.

• Search for terms in specific contact and smart text fields
• Use and/or logic to broaden or narrow your search

How to use advanced filtering

1. On the Contacts page, click on the filter icon on the search bar
2. Select the Contact Field to search (you can choose from any contact field or smart field that you have created in Paubox Marketing)
3. Select the Search Type
   • Contains: The keyword is found within the field searched
   • Equals: The keyword is an exact match to the field searched
   • Does not contain: The keyword is not included in the field searched
   • Does not equal: The keyword is not an exact match to the field searched
4. Enter the Search Term(s) 
5. Add additional search filters to narrow or broaden your search
   • And: Find all the search terms (search results must include all search terms defined - this narrows the search)
   • Or: Find one search term or the other (this broadens the search)
6. Click Apply Filters to view search results
