      Offboarding: Paubox Email Suite (Outbound Security)

      Overview

      These are the offboarding steps to remove Paubox from your email configuration. If you'd like some help - or if you have segmented your outbound email traffic - schedule time with our team here!

      Google Workspace                                                        

      1. Go to your Google Admin Console              
      2. Click the Apps icon (9 dots, left side)                                                 
      3. Select Google Workspace, and then Gmail 
      4. On the next screen (Settings for Gmail), scroll down and click Routing >>
      5. In the Outbound gateway field, delete the text (that ends in "paubox.com")
      6. Click the SAVE button at the bottom right corner of the screen

      Microsoft 365                                                    

      1. Go to your Microsoft 365 Exchange Admin Center
      2. On the left menu, mail flow and then connectors
      3. Find the Paubox connector and Delete
      4. Click Save if necessary

      Microsoft Exchange Server                                          

      1. Go to your Exchange Admin Center               
      2. Click mail flow                                                
      3. Click on send connectors
      4. Remove the smarthost that directs mail to paubox.com

      Note: For good housekeeping, you may want to remove include:_spf.paubox.com from your domain's SPF record, but there is no harm in leaving it in place.
