These are the offboarding steps for your Paubox Email API. For any offboarding assistance, schedule time with our team here!
Technical steps
There's nothing you need to do, except to stop sending email via Paubox. Any mail still sending via Paubox servers will start to bounce shortly after the last day of your subscription.
Note: Please make sure to stop all automations sending mail via Paubox Email API, Paubox SMTP API, or other Paubox SMTP service to avoid email bouncebacks.
Note: You may also want to remove include:_spf.paubox.com from your domain's SPF record for good housekeeping—no harm in leaving it in place.
Paubox dashboard
Your Paubox dashboard and data will be deleted shortly after the last day of your subscription, including mail logs, API keys, etc. Please capture any info you need prior to the end of your Paubox subscription (we will not be able to recover later).
