How does Paubox’s referral program work? ($250 credit)

Refer another organization to Paubox and you each receive a $250 credit toward your next Paubox bill. You can share your personal referral link from the Paubox dashboard, or the organization you refer can use the referral code at checkout.

How to get your referral link

1. Go to paubox.com and click Sign in in the upper right corner
2. Click the Referrals tab on the left side of your Paubox dashboard
3. Click the blue button to the right of the referral URL to copy your referral link
4. Share the link with friends and colleagues

Note: If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? on the sign-in page to reset it.

Using the referral code at checkout

The organization you refer can also enter the code REFERRAL at checkout. After they check out, the Paubox team contacts them to ask who referred them.

When your credit is applied

To qualify, the referred organization must sign up through your personal referral link or use the code REFERRAL at checkout. Your credit is issued once that organization completes onboarding and becomes an active Paubox customer. The credit is then applied to your next renewal or invoice.

If you can’t access your dashboard

If you can’t get into your Paubox dashboard, or you have a pauboxmail.com account, email support@paubox.com with the name of the organization you referred.

Troubleshooting: the referral link won’t copy or paste

If copying or pasting your referral link doesn’t work, try these steps:

• Refresh the Paubox dashboard page and copy the link again
• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
• Open a private or incognito window and copy the link there
• Try a different web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
