Here’s how to configure your Paubox secure contact form.
Step 1: Log into your Paubox account
From the left-hand panel under CSM Administrator, navigate to Customer Overview > Domain Settings.
Step 2: Edit the Secure Contact Form Name
The default Secure Contact Form URL is “https://www.paubox.com/…/upload,” but you must replace the ellipses with something of your choice before you can use the form. Most customers use either their company name or website domain.
In the example above, we replaced the “…” with “paubox.”
Step 3: Select a Secure Contact Form Recipient
Input any Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Microsoft Exchange email address that you want to receive the form submissions.
Paubox utilizes TLS 1.3 encryption, the newest and most secure version of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, to securely deliver the form submissions to the selected inbox.
Step 4: Upload your logo
Your logo will appear at the top of your contact form. In the example above you see that we input the Paubox logo.
Step 5: Add a logo link
If people click on the logo you added to your contact form, it will take them to a website of your choosing. Most people choose their business home page.
Step 6: Save changes
Step 7: Check our your new secure contact form
The form includes fields for name, email address, and a brief message. People can also upload up to 50 megabytes of attachments (such as photos or documents).
Using Paubox’s secure contact demonstrates to patients, clients, etc. that you are taking their privacy and security seriously by allowing them to contact your organization in a secure, HIPAA compliant manner.
If you are a Paubox Email Suite customer, you can send a HIPAA compliant email in response to a contact form directly from your inbox as well.
