How pacing works

When you issue or schedule a large campaign, Paubox delivers your messages at a controlled, steady rate in the background instead of sending the entire list at once.

• Scheduling options: Choose between sending immediately or setting a specific date and time for delivery. Pacing runs automatically based on your selection.
• Deliverable contact filtering: Campaign volume reflects active, deliverable contacts. Unsubscribed and globally unsubscribed users are excluded automatically, and imported lists are de-duplicated prior to send.
• Automatic retry window: If a message soft-bounces or experiences a deferred delivery, Paubox automatically retries delivery before marking the send as failed.
• Volume structure: Account tiers are determined by contact volume rather than sending limits. You can send unlimited marketing emails to your active contact list without hitches or volume caps.
