How do I add encrypted senders (email addresses) for encryption?

The list of encrypted senders aligns with the Encrypted Email Solution. All emails sent from encrypted senders will be secured.  

Add Encrypted Senders in the Admin Panel: 

1. Login to the Paubox dashboard https://www.paubox.com/users/sign_in
2. In the left-hand navigation, click on Outbound security under Paubox Email Suite
3. Then on the top navigation, click on Encrypted senders
4. Click on the blue button "+ Add Encrypted Senders" 
5. Choose Upload encrypted senders to add multiple users at a time or choose Add encrypted sender to add a single encrypted sender
6. Emails sent from these addresses will send securely with encryption immediately. 

Remove an Encrypted Sender:

1. Login to your Paubox dashboard https://www.paubox.com/users/sign_in
2. In the left-hand navigation, click on Outbound security under Paubox Email Suite
3. Then on the top navigation, click on Encrypted senders
4. Click on the red trash can to the right of the email address
