How to cancel your Paubox service
Cancellation requirements

A cancellation request must be submitted in writing by an authorized admin on the account.

Requests must come from an authorized account administrator. If your organization needs a new admin added, contact support for assistance.

You may send cancellation requests directly to the Paubox payments team through email.
Submit your request
You can email your cancellation request to payments@paubox.com from an authorized admin on the account.
Important notes

Your service remains active until the cancellation is confirmed by the Paubox payments team.
