How to cancel your Paubox service

Cancellation requirements

  • A cancellation request must be submitted in writing by an authorized admin on the account.

  • Requests must come from an authorized account administrator. If your organization needs a new admin added, contact support for assistance.

  • You may send cancellation requests directly to the Paubox payments team through email.

 

Submit your request

You can email your cancellation request to payments@paubox.com from an authorized admin on the account.

 

Important notes

  • Your service remains active until the cancellation is confirmed by the Paubox payments team.

  • If you believe your account admin information is out of date, contact the Paubox payments team for verification.
