How to manage tax exemptions

We have a tax exemption and should not be charged taxes

To apply your exemption, email the Paubox payments team at payments@paubox.com and attach your tax exemption certificate. An authorized admin on the account must send the request. The team will validate and update your account so taxes are excluded going forward.

Our invoice included taxes, but we are a tax-exempt organization

If taxes appear on an invoice in error, email the Paubox payments team at payments@paubox.com and include:

• A copy of the invoice showing taxes

• Your tax exemption certificate

The team will update your account and provide a revised invoice confirming the tax has been removed.
