How to open attachments in the Secure Message Center

Some emails are delivered through the Secure Message Center. This happens when the recipient’s email server does not support TLS 1.2 or higher encryption. 

 

View attachments in the secure messages

  1. Open the secure message notification in your inbox
  2. Click on View message to open the secure message in your browser
  3. On the secure message, locate the attachment file at the bottom of the message
  4. Click to download the message
  5. Open the file in your downloads folder or default download location

 

If you have trouble accessing the attachment

  • Make sure you are using a modern web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge

  • Check your network settings if downloads are blocked by a firewall
