Send the updated billing email address to payments@paubox.com from a verified admin on the account. The Paubox payments team will confirm when the update is complete.

 

Our company address has changed. How do I update it?

Email your updated company address to payments@paubox.com from a verified admin. The Paubox payments team will process the change and confirm once the update is saved.

 

Can you send invoices to someone different?

Yes. Invoices can be redirected to a different billing contact. To update the billing contact, email payments@paubox.com from a verified admin with the new contact information. The Paubox payments team will apply the update and confirm when finished.

 

Our company is under new ownership and we need to update our billing information

If your organization is under new ownership, email payments@paubox.com from a verified admin and include:

  • The updated billing contact name

  • New billing email address (if applicable)

  • Updated company name or address (if applicable)

The Paubox payments team will verify the account and confirm when updates are complete.
