Paubox issues billing communications, including invoices, payment confirmations, payment decline notices, and payment update links through Ordway. These messages are approved and sent by the official Paubox payments team.

 

Adding a bank account to my account

To add a bank account as a payment method, email payments@paubox.com. The request must come from a verified admin. The payments team will send a secure link to finalize the update.

 

What to do if payment was declined

If your payment was declined, email payments@paubox.com from an authorized admin. The payments team will verify the account and share a secure link to update your payment method.
