Inbound Email Security is powered by generative AI, which goes beyond traditional static rules or keyword filtering. Instead, it learns and adapts to your organization’s unique email environment:

If I’m a Plus or Premium customer, do I have to do anything?
This is a seamless upgrade. There are no steps to take to use AI-powered Inbound Email Security.
Why am I seeing more false positives?
Inbound Email Security AI learns as it gets more data. You might initially see more false positive volume in quarantine but that will quickly change as it learns what is legitimate. Use Release and allow actions to prevent legitimate mail from getting caught.
Where can I find more information about why an email was quarantined?
Click on an email in quarantine, then view Original Message. In the Header tab, you’ll see an explanation as to why Inbound Email Security classified the email a certain way as well as a confidence rating (how confident that it was accurately classified).
