Manage unencrypted senders

By default, all email addresses sending from your domain are automatically encrypted through Paubox. However, if there are specific addresses that should not be encrypted, you can manage them using the Unencrypted Senders list.

How to add an unencrypted sender

To allow an email address to send without encryption:

1. Log in to your Paubox dashboard

2. Navigate to Outbound Security > Unencrypted Senders

3. Click Add

4. Enter the email address you want to exclude from encryption

5. Click Save
