Managing quarantine in the dashboard

Admin and users can monitor, review, and manage quarantined email directly from the Paubox dashboard.

 

How to access quarantine

  1. Go to the Paubox dashboard
  2. Navigate to Inbound Security > Quarantine
  3. Use filters to search and locate specific messages

Taking action on quarantined mail

Admin and users can take action on each email in the quarantine. These actions differ between admin and users.
