Offboarding: Paubox Marketing

These are the offboarding steps for your Paubox Marketing account. For any offboarding help, schedule time with our team here!

Technical steps                                                   

Note: For good housekeeping, you may want to remove include:_spf.paubox.com from your domain’s SPF record. There’s no harm in leaving it in place.

Save anything you need

Export what you need before your subscription ends. Data is retained and handled per our Terms of Service and BAA.

Here’s how to save a copy of what you want to keep from your Paubox dashboard:

  • Contacts: Go to Paubox Marketing > Contacts, select the contacts you want to keep, and click the Export icon. We’ll email you when your export is ready to download.
  • Campaign results: Go to Paubox Marketing > Analytics, select the campaigns you want (up to 20 at a time), and click the Export icon. We’ll email you when your export is ready.
  • Emails and drip campaigns: Copy any content you want to reuse from Marketing Emails and Drip Campaigns.
