Paubox Forms access
Paubox Forms allows users with access to create secure, HIPAA compliant forms, manage existing forms, and view incoming submissions. Access to Paubox Forms is controlled through user roles and permissions.
Who can manage Paubox Forms
Access to manage Paubox Forms is available to the following user roles:
- Admin: All Admin roles automatically have full access to Paubox Forms. No additional permissions are required.
- User: Users with the User role can access Paubox Forms if they are assigned the Paubox Forms Access permission.
- User (Marketing Only): Users with the User (Marketing Only) role can also be granted access through the Paubox Forms Access permission.
What Paubox Forms Access allows
Assigning the Paubox Forms Access permission gives a user the ability to:

Create new forms

Edit existing forms

Manage form settings

View and download form submissions

Delete forms
Users without this permission will not see Paubox Forms in the dashboard.
