About Unsubscribes
Every email sent via the Paubox Marketing solution includes an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.
Recipients who click "unsubscribe" will be routed to a landing page where they can choose to unsubscribe from the specific list or from all marketing emails (global unsubscribe).
After updating their email preferences, the recipient will see a confirmation, like the following:

Q: Can I make any changes to the unsubscribe page or options?
- No, at this time, customizations cannot be made to the unsubscribe landing page or options.
Q: Will recipients be able to opt back into emails after they unsubscribe?
- No, at this time recipients won't be able to opt back into lists they have unsubscribed from.
Q: If a recipient unsubscribes from a specific mailing list, will they be removed from that subscription list?
- The contact will still exist in your list but the status will be changed to "Unsubscribed." Any emails sent to that list will automatically exclude that contact.
Q: If a recipient unsubscribed from all mailing lists (global unsubscribe) will they be removed from my contacts list?
- The contact will still exist as a contact in Paubox Marketing but the status will be changed to "Unsubscribed." Any emails sent will automatically exclude that contact.
