Security Awareness Training
Security Awareness Training is an add-on for Paubox Email Suite that lets you run phishing simulation campaigns against your own employees and see exactly who needs more training. It runs from the same Paubox dashboard you already use for email security, so there's no separate platform to manage.
How Security Awareness Training works
Each campaign sends a simulated phishing email to some or all of your employees, then tracks who opened it, who clicked it, and who entered credentials. Nothing an employee types into a simulated login page is ever stored or logged, only which fields they filled in.
Employees are scored Low, Medium, or High risk based on their campaign history, so you can see at a glance who needs more training.

- Campaigns can be sent immediately, randomized to users, or scheduled to run automatically once a month

Where the employee list comes from
Security Awareness Training's employee list is your account's encrypted senders, the same list you already use to send encrypted email. It updates automatically, so there's no roster to upload or maintain.
How it supports your HIPAA training program
The HIPAA Security Rule requires a security awareness and training program for anyone with access to protected health information. Security Awareness Training keeps a full campaign history and retains audit logs for six years, giving you documentation to support that program.
