Paubox Webmail: How do I change my email display name?

When using Paubox's HIPAA compliant email account you want to make sure that when you send out your emails, the recipient knows who it is coming from. One of the best ways to do this is to change your display name. By having a recognizable display name, your email recipient will know the email came from you, rather than just your email address (ex. janemd@janemd.com).

To change your display name within the Paubox webmail interface:

1. Login into Paubox's webmail interface with your Username (email address) and Password.
2. Click on Settings.
3. On the next page, under the Settings section, click on Identities. Then under Identities, click on your email address.
4. In Settings, look for the category Display Name. Here you can enter your name. Click Save then you are done! Now when you recipients receive an email from you, instead of it coming from janemd@janemd.com it will be from Dr. Jane.
