Paubox's HIPAA compliant email has a lot of benefits. One of them is using responses to create pre-fabricated messages that you can use to respond to your recipients more efficiently. This article will show you how to create a template and how to use it.
A great example of using a response is when a healthcare provider needs to send patients a reminder of their appointments.
How to create a response
- Login to your Paubox webmail interface.
- Click on Settings in the top right hand corner.
- Click on Responses.
- Click on the + symbol at the bottom of the Responses column.
- Give your response a Name, then in the Response Text field, fill out your response.
- Click Save.
How to use a response when you compose an email
- Login into your Paubox webmail interface.
- Click on Compose.
- Click on Responses at the top of the menu bar and select the appropriate response you want to select.
- Compose and send your email.
How to delete a response
- Login to your Paubox webmail interface.
- Click on Settings in the top right hand corner.
- Click on Responses.
- Select the responses you want to delete and click on the trash can symbol to delete the response.
