We understand that you are excited about using Paubox's HIPAA compliant email. However, for whatever reason you can't log into your Paubox hosted email account. What do you do then?
To resolve this problem, follow the troubleshooting tips below:
- Make sure that you are logging into the correct link.
- Make sure that you spelled your email address and password correctly.
- If steps 1 and 2 are correct, then you can have your password reset one of two ways:
- Contact your account's administrator, with their admin access they can reset your password for you
- Submit a ticket request to our support team, and we can reset it for you. Please be aware that by submitting a request, we will ask you to verify your account information.
