Paubox Webmail: IMAP and POP3 settings

Before configuring your mail client, determine which protocol best fits your workflow.

IMAP (Recommended): Syncs your email globally across all devices; actions like deleting or moving a message are reflected everywhere
POP3: Downloads emails to a single device for local storage; this is generally used if you prefer not to keep mail stored on the server

[NOTE] Ensure that your full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com) is used as the username for both incoming and outgoing authentication fields.
