Paubox Webmail (iRedAdmin): Guide to the iRedAdmin user management console

To manage your users in iRedAdmin, you need to have your email hosted by Paubox and also have administrative rights. 

Having administrative rights to your Paubox hosted email accounts gives you more control over all of your user accounts. Some of the actions that you can perform in the user management console are:

1. Assign a new administrator
2. Add new users / email accounts
3. Delete or disable user email accounts
4. Change user's password
5. Create an email alias
6. Setup email forwarding
