Confirming your referral credit

If you referred a new organization to Paubox and would like to confirm your referral credit, email the Paubox payments team at payments@paubox.com with these details:

• The referred customer’s organization name

• The contact person’s full name

• Their email address

The Paubox payments team will verify the referral and confirm once your credit is recorded.

Claiming your website badge credit

If you added the official Paubox badge to your website and want to receive the $100 badge billing credit, follow these steps:

1. Confirm the badge on your site links to paubox.com

2. Email the Paubox team at hello@paubox.com and include a link to the webpage where the badge is displayed

3. Prior to your renewal, the Paubox payments team will confirm the badge link and apply a $100 credit to your next bill

Important to know

• The badge credit is a one-time, $100 billing credit

• Only one badge credit may be applied per organization
