Spam tag for gray mail

The spam tag option allows gray mail to be delivered directly to a recipient’s inbox, bypassing quarantine. Gray mail is delivered with **SPAM** appended to the subject line so users can quickly spot potential spam without missing a message.

How It Works

• Gray mail is flagged

• The subject line is modified to include *****SPAM*****

• The message is delivered to the recipient's inbox

• Recipients can manually delete or ignore the message

How to turn on spam tags

1. Go to the Paubox dashboard
2. Navigate to Inbound Security > Settings
3. Under Gray mail delivery, choose Deliver (*****SPAM***** added to subject line)
