Update your Paubox user profile

You can update your personal information in the Paubox dashboard at any time.

Access your profile

1. Sign in to the Paubox dashboard

2. Towards the bottom of the left navigation menu, select your name to access your account options

3. Select Profile

Your profile page includes three main sections:

• Personal settings: Name, email address, and phone number

• Report settings: Time zone and report delivery options

• Security settings: Password management

Update your personal information

1. On the Profile page, locate the Personal settings section

2. Select Edit

3. Make your changes:

   • Name: Update how your name is displayed in the dashboard

   • Email: Update the email associated with your account (you'll use this email to login to the Paubox dashboard)

   • Phone: Update your phone number for MFA (multi-factor authentication)

4. Select Save to confirm your updates

Important: If you change your phone number, you will use the new number the next time you complete MFA.

Update report settings

You can choose how and when you receive email security and quarantine reports.

1. In the Report settings section, select Edit

2. Update your time zone or report preferences

3. Select Save

Change your password

1. In the Security settings section, select Change password

2. Enter your current password and your new password

3. Select Save
