Updating and adding a client

The Paubox Partner Dashboard allows you to manage your clients' accounts, from adding new clients to updating their subscription details. Follow the steps below to get started.

 

Add a new client

  1. Log in to the Partner Dashboard

  2. Click the Add button

  3. Enter the client’s details 

  4. Choose the product and subscription plan

  5. Enter and submit payment information (credit card required)

Please note:

  • It may take some time for the new client to appear in your Clients list.

  • After adding a new client, our team will finalize the account setup. During this time, you’ll see a "Pending" status next to the client’s name.

 

Updating an Existing Client

  1. From the Clients page, click on the client’s name 

  2. Adjust the subscription details as needed

  3. Enter and submit updated payment information (if applicable)

Please note:

  • Subscription changes will be reviewed and finalized by our team. Until finalized, you’ll see a "Pending" status next to the client’s name.
