Add your organization’s logo to secure message notification emails
Adding a custom logo maintains brand consistency across your organization's secure email communications. This guide walks you through uploading and updating your logo that appears at the top of a secure message notification email. When a recipient’s mail server can’t receive encrypted mail, they get a notification with a secure link, and the logo sits at the top of it.
How to upload or update your logo
- Log in to your Paubox dashboard
- Navigate to Settings > Account
- Scroll down to the Secure Contact Form settings section
- Verify that at least one recipient is listed under Recipient(s)
- Locate the Logo section and click Replace (or Upload)
- Select your image file and confirm the upload
- Update the website link attached to your logo. We recommend your business website.
Note: You must add at least one email address under Recipient(s) before you can upload or update a logo. If there is not one present, click the Edit button in the top right and add your email address, and then Save
