Why did I receive a "secure email message" via Paubox?

You received a secure email message (like the example below) because the sender uses Paubox to send secure, encrypted email messages. Since your email system doesn't support the latest encryption standards (TLS 1.2 or higher), or is using an invalid or expired SSL certificate, we provide a secure alternative way for you to view their message.

To view your message from your provider, click the View message button in the email.

The message will open in a secure web page (see example below). From the page, you can read the message and send a reply back.

Why am I getting a secure message?

Your email system does not support the latest Transport Layer Security (TLS v1.2 or higher), or is using an invalid or expired SSL certificate. As a result, the message was sent as an encrypted link to protect sensitive information.
