Have you been set up with Paubox but you do not see the encrypted footer at the bottom of your email? Here are a few cases where you would not see the footer and why.
You are not able to see the footer on the bottom of emails in your sent folder?
Emails in your sent folder will not show the footer stamped at the bottom. This is because the footer is stamped at the bottom after we have secured the email and sent it from out servers.
The only way that footers are visible in your sent folder is if they are part of the conversation string. For example, if you send an email to info@example.com, their reply to you will have the footer at the bottom of the email body. When you reply again to their email and check your sent folder, you will see a total of 2 footers on the latest email sent. One was stamped when info@example.com received your email and the other was stamped when you received the reply from info@example.com.
You are not able to see the footer when you send an email from one Paubox email address to Paubox email address?
Emails sent from one email address on your domain to another is considered an internal email. Paubox does not stamp the footer to internal emails since it is assumed that the recipient knows it will be encrypted and never reaches the Paubox servers.
